The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Thursday 20th January 2022 at 8pm in the Village Hall.
Please note – Government Regulations now require that face coverings be worn whilst indoors, please therefore bring a mask with you to wear during the meeting.

- Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
- To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
- To note position regarding vacancies and agree election of a Vice Chairman until Annual Council Meeting in May 2022
- To receive the notes of the meeting held 18th November 2021 and approve the Chairman’s signature
- To note update on actions taken since last meeting.

- Allotments and Playing Fields :
- To note any equipment removal carried out
- To consider replacement equipment needs and receive update from Cllr Talbot Jones on costs of replacements
- To consider erection of fencing between allotments and playing fields (deferred from meeting 21st October – Minute 53)
- To consider replacement of bench in playing field.
- To agree any increase in allotment rents for 2022/2023 year
- Any other matters relevant to allotments and/or playing fields
- To note tender renewal April 2022 and to agree tender document to be sent out.

- To approve any accounts for payment and to authorise payment by BACS
- To note and consider budget requirements for setting of precept in January 2022
