The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Thursday 20th January 2022 at 8pm  in the Village Hall.

 

Please note – Government Regulations now require that face coverings be worn whilst indoors, please therefore bring a mask with you to wear during the meeting.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To note position regarding vacancies and agree election of a Vice Chairman until Annual Council Meeting in May 2022
  4. To receive the notes of the meeting held 18th November 2021 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  5. To note update on actions taken since last meeting.

  7. Allotments and Playing Fields :
    1. To note any equipment removal carried out
    2. To consider replacement equipment needs and receive update from Cllr Talbot Jones on costs of replacements
    3. To consider erection of fencing between allotments and playing fields (deferred from meeting 21st October – Minute 53)
    4. To consider replacement of bench in playing field.
    5. To agree any increase in allotment rents for 2022/2023 year
    6. Any other matters relevant to allotments and/or playing fields
  8. To note tender renewal April 2022 and to agree tender document to be sent out.
  9. Financial –
    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to authorise payment by BACS
    2. To note and consider budget requirements for setting of precept in January 2022
    3. To agree appointment of Internal Auditor
  10. Correspondence – to note any correspondence received/circulated
  11. Planning
    1. To consider any applications received for discussion at this meeting
    2. To note any decisions received.
