The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Thursday 21st April 2022 at 8pm  in the Village Hall.

  4. To receive the notes of the meeting held 17th March 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature

  7. Allotments, Village Green and Playing Fields :
    1. To note and agree purchase of new play equipment/repairs to existing equipment as necessary.
    2. To note Cllr Talbot Jones’ report and recommendation for allotments and report on dog walking through allotments/playing fields (attached)
    3. To note receipt of grant (ELDC) of £250 towards a new bench
    4. Any other matters relating to Playing Fields, allotments and village green.

    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to authorise payment by BACS
    2. To approve Governance Statement for Audit 21/22
    3. To approve Accounts statement for Audit 21/22
    4. To approve Certificate of Exemption for Audit 21/22 (all attached)
    5. To consider continuing with Zurich insurance and taking advantage of 5 year discount.
  9. Correspondence – to note any correspondence received/circulated
  10. To note proposal for restricted speed limit on Station Road/Mawthorpe Hill Road (attached)
  11. To note finalised date for Annual Public Meeting .

    1. To consider any applications received for discussion at this meeting
