The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Thursday 16th September 2021 at 8pm OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING.
Please note – whilst Government regulations on the wearing of face masks have been relaxed, some venues still require masks to be worn whilst indoors. Please therefore bring your mask with you and be prepared to wear it if the venue requires.

- Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
- To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
- To receive the notes of the meeting held 15th July 2021 and approve the Chairman’s signature
- To note update on actions taken since last meeting.

- To approve any accounts for payment and to authorise payment by BACS
- Allotments and Playing Fields :
- To note costs of erecting fence between allotments and playing fields, and consider any alternative measures.
- To note the inspection report for playing field equipment (circulated 1st September) and agree any action required.
- To consider amendments to Allotment policy (minute 26) – draft attached, together with additions for bonfires on allotment (minute 26(d))
- to agree any further work on the allotments as deemed necessary.
- Correspondence – to note any correspondence received/circulated
- To consider request to hold a Fireworks Display on the Village Green in November 2021.
