The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council will be held on Thursday 20th October 2022 at 8pm   Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 15th September 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To note update on actions taken following that meeting
  5. To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
  6. Allotments
    1. To note any responses from allotment tenants on the amended policy and tenancy agreements sent following last meeting.
    2. To finalise Council agreement on amended tenancy and policy.
    3. To note position regarding allotment plots 1,2,3 & 4 currently not cultivated following letter to tenant sent 22nd July and 3rd October and agree next action.
    4. To note result of site meeting to determine boundary split on Plot 11 (note attached for members) (see agenda item 15 below)
    5. To note relinquish of tenancy of Plot 13, and request by tenant of plots 6,7 & 17 to relinquish those plots and take on Plot 13.
    6. To note request by adjacent property owner to have boundary hedge/trees trimmed back and lowered.
  7. Playing Fields
    1. To receive any update on provision of new equipment and repairs to existing where appropriate, and installation of new fence
    2. Any other playing field matters including issue of dog fouling
  8. Village Green matters including removal of lime tree
  9. Financial –
    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to pay by BACS/cheque where appropriate
  10. Correspondence
  11. To consider proposal by Welton le Marsh Parish Council to request extension of existing Area Outstanding Natural Beauty to include Willoughby parish.
  12. Planning
    1. To note any planning applications received - see below
  13. Any Other Matters for general discussion and/or inclusion in next agenda.
  14. Date of next meeting – 17th November 2022
  15. To agree to move into closed Session to discuss the following item (Cllr Talbot Jones)
  16. To note dispute on allotment plot and to resolve what further action the Council can take if any to resolve this.
