The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council will be held on Thursday 16th May 2022 at 8pm
Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members.

- To receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of post
- Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
- To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
- To receive the notes of the meeting held 19th May 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
- To note update on actions taken following that meeting
- To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
- To note LCC Speed Limit policy and response to request to extend limit to incorporate Dawber Lane/Sloothby junction
- Allotments / Playing Fields / Village Green
- To discuss matters raised in on site allotment meeting prior to the council meeting
- To note issue raised by plot holder regarding composting of rubbish (attached for members)
- To consider any other allotment issues
- To receive report from Playing Fields Working Party and agree any recommendations therein, including purchase of any new equipment and agree repairs to specific equipment.
- To consider any other playing field issues.
- To consider any issues relating to village green, including removal of lime tree as recommended by Arboriculturist report.

- To approve any accounts for payment and to pay by BACS/cheque where appropriate
- Assets – to consider whether archaeological finds need re-valuing and to consider value of play equipment.
