The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council will be the Annual Council Meeting and is scheduled for Thursday 19th May 2022 at 8pm   

Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members.

  1. Election of Chairman
  2. To receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of post
  3. Election of Vice Chairman
  4. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  5. Co-option – to receive any applications for Co-option and co-opt if necessary, including signing of Declaration of Acceptance.
  6. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  7. To receive the notes of the meeting held 21st April 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  8. To note update on actions taken following that meeting
  9. To note draft minutes of Annual Public Meeting (attached) and any issues raised therein that the Council can deal with at present that are not already agenda items.
  10. To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
  11. Financial –
    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to pay by BACS/cheque where appropriate
    2. To note any matters raised by Internal Auditor on 21/22 AGAR audit
  12. Allotments / Playing Fields
    1. To receive report from Playing Fields Working Party and agree any recommendations therein
    2. To consider other grant sources for further equipment requirements
    3. To consider any allotment issues
