The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Thursday 15th July 2021 at 8pm   

Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members. Please note the following Covid-19 advice IS still be operation:

 

  • Face masks are to be worn during the meeting and whilst in the Village Hall
  • Social distancing to be observed at all times
  • Tables and chairs to be wiped clean after use
  • The meeting to be as short as is possible to allow business to be concluded
  • Paper agendas will not be distributed

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 17th June 2021 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To note update on actions taken since last meeting.
  5. To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
  6. Financial –
    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to authorise payment by BACS
  7. Allotments :
    1. to note request by potential tenant regarding clearing of plot;
    2. to note and consider further request for larger shed on allotment;
    3. to agree line, height, type of fencing between allotments and playing fields, together with position and width of access gateway
    4. to agree any further work on the allotments as deemed necessary.
  8. Correspondence – to note any correspondence received/circulated
  9. To consider request to hold a Fireworks Display on the Village Green in November 2021.
  10. Planning
    1. To consider any applications received for discussion at this meeting (listed below if any)
    2. To note any decisions received.
  11. To consider amended date of Annual Public Meeting
  12. Any other matters for general discussion and/or inclusion in the next agenda.
