The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council will be held on Thursday 21st July 2022 at 8pm   

Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members.

  1. To receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of post
  2. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  3. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  4. To receive the notes of the meeting held 16th June 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  5. To note update on actions taken following that meeting
  6. To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
  7. Allotments / Playing Fields / Village Green
    1. To discuss and approve Allotment Policy and any alterations to existing tenancy agreements (attached for members)
    2. To note any other matters relating to Allotments, including request to reuse any removed fencing
    3. To receive update on purchasing and fitting of new play equipment and repairs to existing, including authorisation to purchase equipment
    4. To consider any other playing field issues.
    5. To consider any issues relating to village green.

    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to pay by BACS/cheque where appropriate
    2. To approve payment to cover purchase of equipment if invoice received between meetings.

  9. To consider what action the parish Council can take in respect of poor mobile phone signals in the area.
