Public Notice 17th September

The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Thursday 17th September 2020 at 8pm   

Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members. Please note the following Covid-19 advice:

 

  • Agendas and minutes will not be printed and circulated between Councillors, nor will they be circulated to members of the public.  Please print off your own agenda to bring to the meeting and take it away with you afterwards. The agenda is available on https://willoughby.district.parish.lincolnshire.gov.uk
  • Village Hall Maximum capacity 25 – Any members of the public causing this number to be exceeded will be asked to leave.
  • Members of the public must occupy seats set out socially distanced, and NOT approach members of the Council.
  • There must be NO congregating of members of the public and councillors before or after the meeting inside the Village Hall. 
  • In accordance with Government Guidelines, face coverings must be worn whilst in the village hall.

    1. Standing Orders (amended to allow payments to be made by BACS)
    2. Financial Regulations (amended to include for BACS payments, remove reference to petty cash and reference to stores)
    3. Risk Assessment (amended to include play equipment)
    4. Asset List 2020 (amended to include nil value land Playing Field; and provision for value of equipment to be added)
    5. Code of Conduct for Members
    6. Data Protection Policy
    7. Allotment Policy (to be considered as an additional policy)
  2. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
