The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council will be held on Thursday 18th September 2025 at 8pm   Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 17th July 2025 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To note update on actions taken following that meeting
  5. To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
  6. To consider good practice requirements that Parish Councillors and Clerk sign up to dedicated .gov email addresses.

  10. To confirm Parish Councils agreement to siting Speed Device in two additional potential locations, adjacent the school and on approach to village near garage
  11. To note ongoing problems with vehicles parking at entrance to bridleway and on highway in the location and receive any updates.

    1. To note any planning applications received (note Prior Approval application noted for construction vehicular access – Mill House Farm)
    2. To note any decisions received.
