The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council will be held on Thursday 17th July 2025 at 8pm   Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 19th June 2025 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To note update on actions taken following that meeting
  5. To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
  6. Financial –
    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to pay by BACS/cheque where appropriate
    2. To note income/expenditure to date and against budget heads.
    3. To agree to take on maintenance and purchase of consumables for defibrillator at Sloothby

  9. To note ongoing problems with vehicles parking at entrance to bridleway and on highway in the location.
  10. To agree member to take on collection and installation of speed device (currently shared with Welton le Marsh Parish Council).
