The next meeting of the Willoughby Group Parish Council will be held on Thursday 17th October 2024 at 8pm   Prior to the meeting there will be a 15 minutes public session when members of the public may raise matters of concern with members.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 19th September 2024 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To note update on actions taken following that meeting
  5. To consider any applications for co-option to fill vacancy.
  6. To receive any updates from ELDC/LCC members
  7. To receive updates on flooding issues reported and works to Church Lane/Bonthorpe Lane.
